BASIC PACKAGE:
$220 per night twin share (2 night minimum Friday & Sat); Additional cleaning fee of $55.00 per stay. Please note we don't take arrivals on a Sunday.
Your Bed & Breakfast stay includes a light breakfast that includes Muesli, fresh eggs, bread, spreads, butter and milk. Bottomless coffee, tea, milk are also included and we will cater to some dietary milk and bread requirements upon request for an extra charge. A microwave is provided. No oven available.
The cottage is available 7days a week with a maximum of 7 night stay. A two (2) night minimum is required for Friday & Saturday nights. Long weekends may sometimes require a 3 night booking. Arrival time is welcome from 2pm and exit time is 11 am on the day of departure. (Guests may depart on a Sunday, but we don't take arrivals on a Sunday.)
PAYMENT DETAILS: Full payment at the time of booking is required via direct deposit. Credit card payments are available via PayPal with additional merchant transaction fees. Banking details will be sent at your time of booking. A $200 bond is required and returned within 48 hours of departure.

If you would like breakfast provisions to cook your own breakfast, we can provide these on request for an additional price - subject to change so enquire at time of booking. These supplies need to be ordered before arrival. Currently $40.00 per couple per day.
