WHAT THE COTTAGE OFFERS
This 1-bedroom stone Tiny House cottage offers a beautiful mezzanine queen size bedroom, overlooking a galley kitchen with solid timber benches, a cook top and a small bar refrigerator. The full pantry offers a more than suitable stocked pantry for weekend living. This well appointed kitchen is a lot more than a 'kitchenette'.
The combustion stove warms the whole area nicely on cold wintery days and provides a cosy ambient temperature. Ceiling fan and R/C Aircon cools when the thick stone walls are not enough.
Outside there is a grassed lawn and a verandah, with 2 old chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning.
WiFi and Chromecast are provided.

Breakfast is included – We provide muesli, spreads, milk, fresh locally baked bread & butter, and eggs as part of your price. Further provisions for a cooked breakfast including tomato, avocado, mushrooms, and bacon and 'something seasonally green' is available for an additional charge. GF, DF options available for bread and milks.
We provide linen, towels, flannels and tea towels.

AVAILABILITY
The cottage is available 7 days per week with a max of 7 day stay. A two (2) night minimum is required for Friday and Saturday nights. (Arrival on a Sunday is not available). Arrival time is welcome from 2pm and exit time is 11 am on the day of departure. A cleaning fee of $50.00 is additional to the nightly price.
SUITABILITY
We offer a 1-bedroom twin share as an entire home booking. It’s all yours during your stay. It is designed as a couple's retreat for husbands and their wives to take time out from the routine and rush of life. Not suitable for children.
Please note that being a Tiny House style there are small stairs that are required to climb to the bathroom, so it is not suitable for those with health or agility challenges. Care is needed. Night lights are provided for visual care at night time.
Also be aware that the apex of the roof may require bending a little for those who are tall. Again, it's why it is presented as a large stone 'Tiny House', so please don't hesitate to ask questions to ensure you have the 'picture' to avoid disappointment.

We reside on the same property but without encroaching on guest privacy, however we do have a very friendly Cavoodle pup called Jesse, and 2 Cats who will be around and likely come by to say hello. Please talk with us if you have concerns or allergies that need to be considered. Our chickens are some times roaming and we may be seen to head to the shed at the rear to access our cars or to hang a little washing. All this to say, animals are around. None of them are harmful.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, and no refund will be given if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. We also charge a $200.00 bond as cover for damages and this is returned within 48 hours of exit after cleaning has been completed.
